Getting started

1. Install AisleProof AI through Shopify and open it from Apps in your Shopify admin.
2. Open Plans, choose a subscription, and review the price and billing interval on Shopify's approval page.
3. On Overview, start a product check and keep the app open while it processes the catalog.
4. Open Release Queue, select a product, and review its evidence and missing details.
5. On Growth or Pro, request an AI draft if useful. Verify every suggested fact before editing the product in Shopify.
6. Recheck after your edits. Use Reports to export findings and Check history to compare results.

Does the app edit my products?

No. Product access is read-only. Suggestions and reports are for your review; you make product edits in Shopify.

Does an improved score guarantee visibility?

No. Scores describe checks of your product data. They do not measure or guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations, traffic or sales.

Usage and billing

Manual-check limits reset daily in UTC. AI and report allowances reset each calendar month in UTC, including annual subscriptions. Annual billing does not provide twelve months of allowance upfront. Shopify shows the price and effective timing of subscription changes before approval.

Automatic checks

Automatic checks are not currently active in the hosted release. Use manual checks and rechecks while the app is open. Do not rely on unattended monitoring.

Cancel or uninstall

Use Plans to cancel a subscription, or uninstall from Shopify. Cancellation stops paid access; the app does not automatically request a prorated refund. Contact support for billing questions.
